This subject arose from the discussion in Symposium "Is There a Unique Asian Chemical Education?" in 14th International Conference on Chemical Education. In response to our request for the start of continuing discussion in Asian-Pacific Chemical Education Network on WWW, Professor Sotheeswaran submitted an article to us.
